Cocoon.

How nice it is to be a graduate with weather like this. Mainly lying around in my parents garden, lazily reading three books at once (just discovered Richard Yates) and sipping home-made lemonade.

This is an old project from last year I did for a shoe competition for Brantano.
The shoe designs are inspired by a little book of muscle drawings I made from obversations at the Hunterian museum, which is located next to very nice little park. I spent a long night folding leather for the extremely rushed and rather shoddily made prototype (it's all about the idea here, ja?), which would probably be the most expensive shoe ever made. Which is also what Brantano's buyer said when I presented my project to the jury in the final. I did get a free sandwich though.
